I am excited to work with My Smaller Nest under the The Judy Lindsay team! With over 20 years of experience in working with older adults and their families, my goal is to help provide guidance to help make the process of downsizing a positive one.

Many people have lived in their homes for decades and are overwhelmed with where to start. I am here to help with decisions along the way with resources such as decluttering, where to find your next home, how to prepare your home to best position it in the market. Everyone moves at their own pace, and I am here to support you and your family on that journey.

My career began in Real Estate and after many years of successful family businesses (Prairie School of Craft, Home Instead Winnipeg) I have returned to my roots but with a different focus. I am excited to meet new families and share with them in finding their Smaller Nest.

Brian is the current President of the Woodhaven Menshed, a group that is dedicated to helping senior men find a space where they can get involved in fun, social activities and interact with people who are in the same boat. A grandfather to 10, Brian loves to spend his time watching his grandkids play sports. You can also find him playing guitar on stage with a number of Winnipeg musicians.
